Notivox is a voice recording and notes app from ZIX DEV Inc.. These draft terms are prepared for release review. Public availability and final terms have not been announced.

Availability

Notivox is coming soon for Android and iPhone. This site does not offer a public download, subscription or purchase, and makes no launch-date or pricing promise. Features may change before release.

Record with permission

Only record, import or share content you have the right and any required permission to use. Respect the people whose voices or information appear in your recordings and follow the rules that apply where you use the app.

Review what you keep and send

Check your recording, clip boundaries and exported file before relying on or sharing it. Audio capture can be interrupted by calls, hardware, operating-system limits or storage conditions. Silence skipping can miss quiet speech. Notivox does not provide speech transcription or automatic summaries.

Keep a separate copy

Your library is on your device, without automatic cloud sync. Keep backups of important recordings and store backup passwords safely. Notivox cannot recover forgotten passwords. Device lock controls access through the app and is not separate library-file encryption.

Destinations you choose

The operating system or another provider may handle files you import, export or save as backups. Their availability and terms apply to those destinations. Review the exact file and recipient or destination before sending.
